These is my iconic easy Cosmic Ice Cream Brownies recipe, simple and epic combo that you need to make during no matter the season... this is not your regular brownie recipe.. this is healthy, lower in sugar and super easy to make!
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 325F.
Mix the ingredients for the brownies.
Transfer the batter into a 8x8 baking dish.
Bake for 29 minutes.
Let it cool down.
Top with ice cream and with sprinkles.
Freeze for 2 hours.
Slice into 9 pieces and enjoy!
