Chorizo & Cheese Gluten-Free Croquettes

There's something about cheese and chorizo together that it just so special and delicious, I decided to incorporate them in this gluten-free croquette recipe!

What you need

tsp garlic

tbsp white onion

tsp black peppercorn

brown egg

cup chorizo
purple potatoes

tsp salt

cracker

tbsp parsley flakes
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F. Blend or process the crackers until you get a flour consistency. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until fully incorporated. Scoop about 1/4 cup of the dough and create your croquettes. Place them in a baking dish and bake for 20-22 minutes, or air fry for 18 minutes at 355F. Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
