Preheat the oven at 350F. Cook the chorizo in a skillet for 5-7 minutes on medium heat, until fully cooked. Set aside. Mix the cream cheese with seasonings. Spread a think layer of the cheese mix over a baking dish. Microwave the cheese bites for 30 seconds. Place two rows cheese bites around the baking dish. Add the rest of the cheese mix in the center.
