What you need

dark chocolate chips

¼ cup dark chocolate chips

vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat the oven at 350F.
Blend the popcorn to create a fine flour.
Mix all the dry ingredients for the cookies, just half of the white chocolate chips.
Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
Create 12 cookies and place them on a baking tray.
Add the rest of the chocolate chips.
Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
Bake for 10 minutes.
