Β½ tsp salt

1 ΒΌ cup simmer sauces

Β½ cup panko breadcrumbs

Β½ cup gluten free flour

Β½ cup liquid egg whites
4 boneless chicken breast

Instructions 1. Slice the chicken into tenders. 2. Cover the chicken in the 3 tbsp of chicken butter sauce. 3. Mix the flour with sea salt. 4. Cover the chicken tenders into all-purpose flour. 5. Transfer and soak the tenders in the egg whites. 6. Coat completely the chicken tenders in the panko. 7. Air fry the chicken tenders for 23 minutes 355F. 8.
