1 cup egg white

2 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup almond milk

1 cup monk fruit extract

½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes

¼ cup almond
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix all the dry ingredients for the brownie base in a bowl and then mix in the wet ingredients. Transfer the batter into silicone baking loaf dishes. Mix all the ingredients for the coconut layer and top the first layer with it, add the sliced almonds and bake for 30 minutes. Let it cool down, slice into 6-12 pieces and enjoy!View original recipe
