Preheat the oven at 350F. Stir all the dry ingredients for the brownie base, then mix the wet ingredients until fully incorporated. Spread the batter in an 8x8 silicone baking dish. Blend all the ingredients for the banana custard. Pour over the brownie layer and create swirls with a fork. Top with chopped bars and brown granulated monk fruit.
