What you need

cup egg white

tsp vanilla extract

cup monk fruit extract

banana

tbsp cinnamon sugar

tbsp vanilla pudding mix

tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

tbsp unsalted pistachios
Instructions
Preheat the one at 350F. Mix all the ingredients for the pie crust and spread in a silicone baking dish. Bake for 15-17 minutes.
