red onion

Instructions
Bake covered in foiled paper, tomatoes and red onion for 25 minutes at 350F. Start cooking in a non-stick skillet, cook the garlic for 2 minutes on medium heat and then add onion, tomatoes and seasonings until it starts simmering. Add the tofu and crumble it with the spatula.
