This is my iconic easy Apple Honey Coconut Bread recipe, simple and epic combo that you need to make during no matter the season... this is not your regular apple bread recipe recipe .. this is healthy, gluten-free and super easy to make!

What you need

apple cider vinegar

vanilla extract

nonfat greek yogurt

raw honey

egg

ground clove

ground cinnamon

unsweetened coconut flakes

baking powder

xanthan gum

almond flour
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F. Chop finely the apple and microwave for 2:30-3:00 minutes. Mix all the dry ingredients. (Save some apples and coconut for topping). Incorporate the greek yogurt, vanilla extract, water and egg, apple cider vinegar, apples and honey mix well. Transfer to a silicone loaf baking dish. Top with leftover apples and coconut. Bake for 36-40 minutes and let it cool and enjoy!View original recipe
