This is my iconic easy Protein Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal Cookies recipe, simple and epic combo that you need to make during no matter the season... this is not your regular oatmeal cookie.. this is a healthy chewy version, creamy and high protein.

Preheat the oven at 325F. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the wet ingredients and incorporate well. Create 10 cookies and bake for 12 minutes. Let It cool down in the fridge. Mix the ingredients for the frosting. Drizzle the sugar free frosting and enjoy!
