These potatoes will be your next favorite side dish! Easy to make, air-fried and with a good kick of Chile poblano! POTATO TIP!š„Before air frying them broil them with 1 tsp of baking soda to make them crispier!

1. Cut the potatoes in half and bring to broil with 1 tsp of baking soda until soft. 2. Remove the water and let the excess water evaporate. 3. Season with taco seasoning and black pepper, extra salt if desired. 4. Air fry for 16-18 minutes at 385F. 5. Serve with cheese and Chile poblano peppers and microwave for 1 minute or until the cheese has melted.
