Preheat the oven at 350F. Remove the skin of the salmon carefully. Cut the salmon into cubes. Add gluten-free flour in one bowl, egg whites in another bowl and sesame seeds in another one. Dip each salmon bite into gluten-free flour then into egg whites and finally cover en sesame seeds. Place in your air fryer basket and ayr fry for 17 minutes at 355F. Mix the ingredients for the sauce. Serve, dip and enjoy!
