Turn your leftover bread into these show-stopping french toast roll-ups! This is such a fun, easy and delicious recipe to make for this pumpkin season! Made with simple and healthy ingredients, and low carb!

Mix all the unsweetened almond milk, egg whites, cinnamon and sugar-free maple syrup. Cut the edges of the bread and roll it up with a rolling pin. Add part of the pumpkin, cheese and a touch of alullose on top to each bread. Roll them carefully. Soak the roll-up in the mix, transfer to your air fryer or baking dish. Bake for 8 minutes at 350F. Ary fry for 4 minutes at 380F. Mix the ingredients for the glaze. Let them cool, top with sugar-free glaze and enjoy!
