A twist of a French dessert that I love! Kind of an ice box cake… simply EPIC and great for summer season!

1. Blend all the ingredients for the mango mix. 2. In a small dish add a layer of the chickpea chips and top with part of the mango mix. 3. Repeat the last step with leftover ingredients. 4. Refrigerate for a few hours, top with extra mango and sugar-free caramel sauce and enjoy!
