This is the easiest crepe cake! Sugar-free, low carb by using some sugar-free chocolate pudding mix and some almond flour tortillas. Such an epic recipe that you are going to love, meeting that healthy and tasty sweet spot.

Mix the unsweetened almond milk with pudding mix, granulated monk fruit and chocolate hazelnut spread until fully incorporated. Heat the tortillas 25 seconds in the microwave. Place one tortilla on a plate and top with part of the chocolate hazlenut spread. Repeat this step with the rest of the ingredients. Add your toppings and enjoy!
