1: Mix the pumpkin with vanilla extract, greek yogurt, protein powder, granulated monk fruit and sea salt. 2: Fold in the chopped protein bars (save some chopped bars for the topping). 3: Transfer the batter into 2 cups and fill them halfway. 4: Top with melted chocolate and add the rest of the batter. 5: Top with whipped cream and leftover chopped bars. 6: Enjoy!
