Crispy & Spicy Potatoes with Chive Cream

Turn your baby dutch potatoes into these show-stopping crispy and spicy potatoes! This is such a fun, easy and delicious recipe to make with some potatoes, some sauce, a touch of garlic, pizza seasoning and a delicious chive cream!

Slice the potatoes In half and create little cuts across each half. Microwave for 2 minutes, toss them in a large bowl and mix with all of the ingredients except for 1/2 tbsp of butter and mozzarella cheese. Spread the 1/2 tbsp of butter in a folded air fryer basket and toss the grated mozzarella cheese, top with the potatoes and air fry for 10 minutes, then shake and add another 10 minutes… both times at 400F. Mix the ingredients for the cream. Serve in a plate with chive cream and enjoy!
