1: In a bowl mix the melted coconut oil, cacao, and monk fruit. 2: In another bowl, heat the cookie dough with the almond milk for 20 seconds in the microwave. 3: In regular muffin cups, pour 1 Tbsp of the coconut oil mix, then 1 Tbsp of the cookie dough mix. Use the rest of the coconut oil mix to top your cups. 4: Top with sea salt and freeze.
