Method 1. Preheat the oven at 350F. 2. Toast the brioche bread and cut it into cubes. 3. Mix the egg whites, almond milk, vanilla, whey protein and abullone in a large bowl. 4. Add the bread and apples, cover with the egg white mix. 5. Pour into a 8x8 baking dish, top with rest of the apples and bake for 35-38 minutes. 6. Top with white chocolate butter and enjoy!
