1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. 2. Add the banana (heated in the microwave for 45 seconds) and vanilla extract. 3. Combine very well the ingredients and press the cookie dough into your air fryer dish and top with apple slices and pomegranate seeds. 4. Air fry for 13 minutes at 350F.
