These gut-friendly Quinoa Krispies are made with uncooked quinoa, raw pili nuts, collagen, and other healthy ingredients. They are easy to prepare and perfect for a nutritious snack.

1: In a pot add the cup of quinoa and 1 to 1/2 cups of hot boiling water and cook for 10 minutes, covered. 2: In a food processor add the pili nuts and pulse until they are totally crushed, but make sure they turn into butter. 3: In a separate bowl add the cooked quinoa, and the rest of the ingredients. 4: Mix until you get a smooth consistency. 5: Pour in 12 muffin cups and refrigerate or freeze for 3-4 hours. 6: Enjoy!
