Delicious low sugar stuffed French toast made with eggnog and ginger spice cashew butter. Perfect for a festive breakfast!

1: Pass a baking roller to each slice of bread and add 1 tbsp of ginger spice cashew butter on top of two slices of bread and top with the left slices. 2: Cut the bread with a gingerbreadman cookie cutter. 3: Mix the egg whites, eggnog, vanilla extract, and monk fruit in a bowl. 4: Cook in a coconut oil greased skillet for 4 minutes on each side. 5: Top with white maple syrup and enjoy!
