1: Mix the almond flour, beef gelatin, monk fruit, pea protein and cinnamon. 2: Add the hot water and mix well. 3: Transfer the dough into an 8x8 silicone baking dish and press the dough evenly. 4: Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. 5: Blend the ice cream in a bowl until it gets soft. 6: Spread the ice cream over the base. 7: Cut the brownies and add the cherries. 8: Freeze for a few hours or overnight and cut into 9 pieces. 9: Enjoy!
