Preheat the oven at 350F. Unfold the crescent roll and create mini croissants. Bake for 12 minutes, let it cool down. Mix all the unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon, egg whites, RxSugar Maple Syrup and vanilla extract. Soak the croissants in the mix and transfer to a small baking dish.
