Blend the cottage cheese, with collagen, stevia, rum drops and strawberries. until it's creamy and without lumps. Mix the unsweetened almond milk with caramel and rum drops. Soak the lady fingers in almond milk, cut the lady fingers in half. Pour half of the pudding and top with soaked the lady fingers. Top with leftover cottage cheese mix, strawberry and leftover lady finger. Enjoy!
