A delicious easy to make high protein and low carb sweet chipotle crispy french toast sandwich, with a kick of chipotle along with monk fruit to keep it healthier and low carb. Easy to make, baked or air fried.

Season the chicken with the ingredients and cover with almond flour, press with your fingers. Air fry for 20 minutes at 355F. Mix the egg whites with bone broth, add seasonings and soak each slice in the mix. Air fry for 5 minutes at 380F. Assemble your sandwich with french toast vegetables, aioli and chicken. Enjoy!
