This is my iconic easy Vegan Neapolitan Banana Bread recipe, simple and epic combo that you need to make anytime of the year... this is not your usual bread recipe.. this is healthy, also low in sugar and super easy to make!

Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix the banana bread mix with almond milk and yogurt. Pour 1/3 of the batter into a silicone silicone loaf baking dish. Take 1/2 of the leftover batter and mix it with cacao and chocolate bar. Top the first layer with the chocolate layer. Heat the strawberries for 1:30 minutes on the microwave and smash with a fork. Mix the leftover banana bread batter with strawberries. Top the chocolate layer with the strawberry batter. Bake for 32-40 minutes and let it cool down.
