Cheesecakes is another type of recipe that I love making all year round, they are just the perfect dessert and this version of strawberry cheesecake in a spring roll is no exception!

Soak the rice papers in water and lay them on a chopping board. Spread one cheese on each rice paper, and top with strawberries. Roll it like a burrito. Air fry for 8 minutes at 380F. Mix the ingredients for the frosting, serve the rolls with it and some leftover strawberries.
