1: Microwave the SOMOS rice for 90 seconds. 2: Microwave the SOMOS black beans for 90 seconds. 3: Whisk the eggs with sea salt, garlic and black pepper. 4: Cook on a greased skillet, once cooked, set aside. 5: Microwave one burrito tortilla at a time for 15 seconds. 6: Spread the beans over the tortillas. 7: Top with rice, eggs and SOMOS salsa mocha. 8: Roll the burrito, tuck the sides and press gently to the filling. Now roll the burrito. 9: Slice in half, add more salsa mocha (optional) and enjoy!
