Delicious low carb and gluten free caramel cheesecake cereal bars made with cottage cheese, cereal, and chocolate protein bars. High in protein and easy to prepare!

1: Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl until fully incorporated. 2: Add the chopped bars into a silicone or bundt cake mold. 3: Top with the cereal mix. 4: Refrigerate or freeze a few hours. 5: Remove the solid cereal bars and cut into 6-8 pieces and enjoy!
