Drain the excess liquid of the tofu. Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix all the ingredients for the tofu. Transfer the tofu to a baking tray and bake for 28-32 minutes or air fry for 24 minutes at 355F. Mix the ingredients for the sauce and microwave for 2:30 minutes, keep an eye to avoid getting the sauce overflowing the mug. Once the tofu is cooked add the sauce and cover entirely. Serve with vegetables, enjoy!
