1: Place the veggie burgers in the air fryer basket. 2: Cook for 18 minutes at 350°F. 3: Slice the onion into 4 pieces. 4: Heat a skillet on medium heat and add the cooking spray. 5: Place the onions on the skillet and top with coconut aminos, sea salt, monk fruit, pepper, and garlic. 6: Cook until the onions are caramelized and golden, but not too caramelized. 7: Remove the onions from the skillet and place them on a plate for serving. 8: Top one half of the onion with the veggie burger, add lettuce, burger sauce, and the other half of the onion. 9: Serve and enjoy!
