Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Place the bananas in a bowl and microwave for 1:30 minutes. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, bananas and mix well with the dry ingredients. Add in the peanuts, pretzels and strawberries. Transfer the batter into a silicone loaf baking dish. Add your toppings. Bake for 35-40 minutes and let them cool down. Let it cool down, slice and enjoy!
