1: Prepare the shrimp and chop it into small pieces. 2: Dice the celery, tomato, cucumbers, onion, and jalapeño. 3: Combine all the chopped ingredients in a bowl. 4: Add lime juice to the mixture and stir well. 5: Let the ceviche chill for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
