1. In a skillet add a touch of butter spay and start cooking onions, after 2 minutes add tomatoes, sage and mushrooms. Cook until soft. 2. Add the shredded spaghetti squash, greek yogurt, spices and combina well. 3. Top with goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes and garnish. 4. Serve and enjoy!
