1: In a bowl mix the tuna with sea salt, black pepper, and lime juice. 2: Add the vegetables; tomato, 1 tbsp of cilantro, and onion, and mix again. 3: Cut 2 bell peppers in half, remove the seeds, and stuff them with tuna. 4: Top it with cheese and garnish with crushed crispy salmon skin. 5: Bake for 15-20 minutes. 6: Add cilantro and more salmon skins on top and enjoy!
