These are my iconic easy White Chocolate Apricot Protein Bars recipe, simple and epic combo that you need to make during no matter the season... this is not your regular apricot recipe .. this is healthy, high-protein and super easy to make!

Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix all the dry ingredients. Incorporate the almond butter, vanilla extract and egg whites, mix well. Add the apricots and white chocolate chips, stir again. Transfer to a silicone 8x8 baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes and let it cool. Add optional glaze, and enjoy!
