1: Slice the tilapia into slices and marinate with coconut aminos and seasonings for at least 30 minutes. 2: In the meantime, prepare the slaw by washing and chopping the vegetables and mango. 3: Mix all the ingredients for the slaw in a bowl and set aside. 4: Preheat a skillet with the coconut oil and cook the fish on medium high heat for 2-3 minutes per side. 5: Heat your tortillas and stuff them with fish, top with pineapple and serve with red pepper flakes and chives. 6: Squeeze lime on top and enjoy!
