1. Mix very well all the ingredients in a large bowl until there are no lumps left. 2. Leave the batter rest in the fridge for 1 hour. 3. Preheat the oven at 390F. 4. Pour the batter into 12 muffin liners and bake for 30 minutes. 5. Let It cool down in the fridge, and enjoy!
