1: Bring the water to broil, add a pinch of salt and cook the pasta in it for 5 minutes or until soft. 2: Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water and drain the rest. Set the pasta aside. 3: Blend the cottage cheese, shredded cheese with pasta water and seasonings. 4: Mix the blended cheese with pasta and mix in the jalapeños. 5: Add the mac n cheese in two small baking dishes. 6: Crush the keto cheddar cheese puffs and top the mac n cheese with part of it. 7: Air fry or bake for 15 minutes at 350F. 8: Once baked or air fried, top with more crushed keto cheese puffs. 9: Enjoy!
