These is my iconic easy Chocolate Pecan Ice Cream Pie recipe, simple and epic combo that you need to make during no matter the season... this is not your regular french toast recipe.. this is healthy, lower in sugar and super easy to make!

Preheat the oven at 350F. Place the tortilla in small pie baking dish. Spread the chocolate syrup and sprinkle the brown monk fruit (this is to make it crispier). Bake for 15-18 minutes, and let it cool. Mix the powdered monk fruit with maple syrup. Add the ice cream over the pie crust, spread and top with the glaze and finish it up with the pecans. Refrigerate and enjoy!
