Place your steaks in your instant pot with 3/4 cup of water or bone broth. Cover and cook for 24 minutes in medium. Blend the roasted jalapeños with 1/2 cup of bone broth, seasonings and cottage cheese. Once the steak have cooked serve with cooked spaghetti squash, sauce and chopped bacon, you can add more roasted jalapeño por garnish
