1: Mix the greek yogurt with Irish cream, unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract. 2: Brew 2 chai tea bags in 1 cup of hot water. 3: Soak completely each lady finger and place them in a small square container that fits the cookies. 4: Add a layer of cookies, top it with a layer with the greek yogurt. 5: Repeat the last step with leftover ingredients and refrigerate for a couple of minutes or overnight. 6: Top with a layer of granulated monk fruit and roast with a kitchen torch.
