Bake covered in foiled paper, tomatoes and red onion for 25 minutes at 350F. Start cooking in a non-stick skillet, cook the garlic for 2 minutes on medium heat and then add onion, tomatoes and seasonings until it starts simmering. Add the tofu and crumble it with the spatula. Let it cook and simmer for 6 minutes. Serve with cooked pasta, top with red pepper flakes, sliced black garlic and fresh basil on top.
