Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix the pancake mix with alullose and baking powder. Heat the bananas for 2 minutes in the microwave. Add the vanilla extract, bananas, carrots, water, caramel syrup and part of the chocolate and pretzels. Pour the mix into a silicone loaf baking dish. Top with leftover pretzels and chocolate and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool down, slice into 6-8 pieces and enjoy!
