Apple Horchata Cheesecake Wontons

These wontons are the perfect snack size for a big sweet tooth. Quick to make, high protein, low sugar and air fried as well. A delicious blend of unsweetened applesauce, monk fruit, and cream cheese or laughing cow cheese wrapped in wonton wrappers.

1: Mix the ingredients for the filling. 2: Brush one wonton at a time with the whisked egg and place some of the filling. 3: Bring together the corners and seal with your fingers carefully. 4: Place them in the air fryer and spray some of the oil. 5: Air fry for 5-6 minutes at 380°F. 6: Serve on a plate with brown granulated monk fruit and cinnamon. 7: Enjoy!
