Preheat the oven at 350F. Cook on a skillet the sausage, 10 in medium heat or until fully cooked. In the same skillet cook the eggs, add seasonings. Spread the pizza dough and slice in half. Add the egg and sausage into each half of the pizza dough slices. Fold each half on half and press the edges with the fork and then fold carefully to shape them as calzones. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Serve with optional maple syrup. Enjoy!
