Add gluten-free flour in one bowl, and egg whites in another bowl. Add the sea salt, black pepper, garlic and taco seasoning to the gluten-free flour and mix. Dip each salmon bite into eggs and then into the flour mixture. Place in your air fryer basket and ayr fry for 18 minutes at 355F. Microwave both cups without the film for 90 seconds. Chop the mango and cilantro. Pour the rice into a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Serve in a bowl with the salmon, top with garnish and enjoy!
