1: Preheat your pancake maker or dash mini griddle. 2: Mix all the ingredients for the fritters in a large bowl. 3: Fill the pancake maker with the fritter mix and cook for 5-6 minutes, until golden crispy. 4: Repeat the last step with all the fritter mix. 5: Top with sour cream, pepper flakes and onion flakes and enjoy!
